Returns and Exchanges
Returns are limited to exchange only. To start an exchange, you can contact us at arckelectric@earthlink.net or call our office at (321) 632-9593. If your exchange is accepted, and we have the part you need, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If the part is being exchanged due to buyer error, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. If we sent the wrong part, or sent a damaged or defective part, we will send buyer a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return authorization will not be accepted. Once we receive the item being exchanged, we will send out the new item. If there is an emergency and a new part is needed immediately, once the exchange is approved, buyer can purchase the new part and we will refund the exchanged part once we receive it. During an exchange, the buyer is responsible for the part until we receive it back. Please make sure it is properly packaged to avoid any damage. We recommend shipping insurance for packages over $100.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged item, save all packaging and shipping materials so that we can file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. Take pictures of the damaged item. We will ask you to send those to us to approve an exchange and we will also need them to file the claim.
